   • You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

4. Refund Process

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

   • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and applied to your original method of payment.

5. Non-Refundable Items

   • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
